Lloyd W. May, Jr. 67, of Earlville, formerly of Aurora, passed away at his home Wednesday, July 25, 2018. Lloyd was born December 28, 1950 in Aurora, Missouri, the son of Lloyd W. Sr. and Gladys A. (Points) May. He married Lynnette Ciminski on October 3, 1989. She preceded him in death of May 2, 2015. In addition to his parents, Lloyd is also preceded in death by a brother, David Lynn May.

Lloyd learned the welding trade with his father, who worked at Batavia Body Works. Lloyd proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from 1969-1972. Upon discharge from the Army, Lloyd took a job as a welder at Caterpillar, where he worked for over twenty years.

Lloyd is survived by his children, Brandon (Rebekkah) May and Heather May; two grandchildren, Carmen Coger and Emily May; a great-grandson, Ezra Coger; four brothers; three sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Cremation care has been accorded by Torman Funeral Home in Paw Paw. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Riverside Cemetery in Montgomery.
