Raymond Morgan Muetze was born a perfect baby boy on December 22, 2015 at 4:18 pm, and was baptized shortly after by Father Paul Carlson.

Raymond blessed his parents with nearly an hour of love before passing peacefully in their arms at Illinois Valley Community Hospital.

Raymond is deeply loved by his parents, Max and Katey; a brother William; two sisters, Grace and Addilyn; paternal grandparents William and Cathy Muetze; maternal grandparents, Donald and Sheree Komes; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and great-grand parents. He has given us a lifetime of love and memories in the short time we had together on earth. We know Raymond is now in Heaven watching over us all.

Words cannot express our gratitude to Dr. Mary Chinn and the nurses and staff at IVCH OB unit for their professionalism, compassion and support during this most difficult time. Special thanks to Father Paul Carlson for coming to baptize Raymond before he passed.

Mass of Catholic Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 2520 Johnson St., in West Brooklyn with Father Randy Fronek officiating. Private interment will be held in St. Mary Cemetery in West Brooklyn.
